Release notes Nov 18, 2024
Cash flow references
We have introduced a new way to build your Cash Flow statement, by referring to items in the Balance sheet and Profit & Loss statement. This new method is easier to understand than the earlier mapping of GLAs and will ensure the Cash Flow statement is complete.
Multiple structures
It is now possible to maintain multiple formats of your financial statements in Structure. This way you can for example report on a specific PL format for the whole organisation and besides that have a variant with more details for a business unit. Another typical example is a secondary format for the Annual report. Do note that you need to map GLAs to both Structures.
FX custom rates
When using the Equity method in multi currency, you can now override the rates we obtain from https://exchangerate.host/. It is a matter of filling in the avg and closing rate of your choice in the right period and pressing Save.
New export option: end-year
It is now possible to export your PL with the end-year entries in a distinct column. In all other cases these entries are added to the December (period 12) column. This way you can check what end-year items were booked in previous years.

What’s next
In the remainder of 2024 Q4 we will complete the next steps for KPIs. Next to that, we will start to shift our focus towards forecasting. We will first introduce more tools in the Setup > Forecast overview and are preparing an Excel integration. We are working on additional support for the file upload in Sources and are exploring integrations with new ERPs.
Finally, a tool created by CFOs for CFOs and finance professionals.
